This company has a heart of GOLD. They know what there doing, and we highly recommend them. We have used them for 2 diff homes we owned and their honesty, kindness, and ethical practices is why we will continue to use them. The two techs Kevin and Eliseo that came to our home were nothing but respectful, quiet, I have two dogs and they never once disturbed them and the were very knowledgeable. We have been a long time customer of Reliance. They are reliable and provide quality work and customer service. They do not have the strong upsell philosophy you find with most AC companies. They will offer options and a follow up e-mail but unless it is critical to the system they don’t bother you past that.

UPDATE 🤗Reliance continues to offer the most outstanding service which is worthy of recognition. Having employees that are qualified and reliable is important. Having employees that are also kind and personable is an added bonus that adds trust and confidence. This week we had Tristan come out to do the routine servicing of our new units. He was very thorough in his inspection, took photos of the inside of our units, explained everything to me and kept everything neat and clean… and as a bonus he was knowledgeable, personable and kind. I think that Reliance finds outstanding people and trains them to be outstanding employees. I’m so glad that I found a company that I have consistently been able to count on and trust!!———————————————————————-This is absolutely the best air-conditioning company I have ever used. I absolutely LOVE my 2 new air conditioner units!! For me, what makes the biggest difference in working with any company is the quality of the people who work there, their level of honesty, integrity and expertise, and the customer care that they deliver. My experience with Reliance has been 100% the best customer service experience I have ever had with any service company...ever!After getting set up with an appointment from a very kind and friendly office staff ( I didn't get her name), the next day Daniel came to see what we needed and explain our options. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable on HVAC units. His quote was the best and more importantly, I trusted him. After interviewing other companies, I kept coming back to the honesty, sincerity and integrity I got from Daniel so I chose Reliance.BEST DECISION EVER!I signed my contract on a Saturday afternoon and my 2 new units were installed the next business day which was Monday. The installation techs Jose and Roberto arrived on time, were kind, friendly and efficient, worked extremely well as a team and left all work areas perfectly clean. Raul is a tech genius who set up my new digital thermostats ( which for the record, I absolutely love!!) When I needed a bit of assistance in learning how to utilize all the features of my new digital thermostats, set up the phone app and an online account, Daniel made it a point to come to my house the next day to make sure I had everything set up properly. I was beyond amazed that he did this! His level of customer care, his expertise and his response time to any inquiry I have had, have been outstanding!When it’s over 100° in Arizona you want to know that your air conditioning company is there for you! I feel full confidence that Reliance will always be there for me if I need any future assistance. The highest praise I can give any company is recommending them to family and friends. Throughout the entire experience of getting my new air conditioners I have been so amazed and grateful at the incredible level of care and customer service I have gotten. Last night we felt our home temperature slightly elevated and after trouble shooting we found our AC unit kicked off and we could not get it back up and running. We called Reliance and left an after hours message for them. First thing this morning we received a call and between Christina and Rachel they somehow managed to work us into their hectic schedule today! Their technician Aaron arrived earlier than the promised time, quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Had an amazing experience with Reliance! First, Reliance has been helping me keep my 20 yr old AC unit cranking along until this past month when it finally died. I have always appreciated how I was never pressured me to get a new unit and they would always just help me keep it going.Brayden came out to do a repair and we decided it was time to replace the unit. Brayden was so kind and patient. He helped me understand everything and even drew pictures to explain the different types of units and how they work. He helped me find the best option for us without being pushy. I appreciated his friendly manner and knowledge.Today Enrique and Jose came out to do the install. They arrived on time and were so kind and competent. They explained what they were doing and checked in with me a few times on the progress. They covered my entire floor with tarp/drop cloths and cleaned up everything when they were done. Enrique took time to set up the new thermostats and walked me through using the app to control them.Every interaction with Reliance has been wonderful! I love this family owned company and am so pleased with their level of service and quality of work. Thank you!

Cannot say enough positive things about our recent experience. Our main AC unit went out on Thursday and we got a service tech out to our home the following morning. Tech Brayden was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in diagnosing a blower motor failure and trying to get us a replacement, under warranty, ASAP. Fortunately he and the Reliance team found a replacement and he returned on a Saturday to install the new motor and get us back up and running. I did not mind the extra Saturday charge considering the quick and attentive service. Great team support and service with a special acknowledgment of thanks to Brayden!

He explains the condition of the unit and any problems that need addressing. “Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning is absolutely amazing. I have been a customer with them for nearly a decade, we have used them for maintenance and repairs. They are always professional, courteous and spot on with their diagnosis. Today was no different the fan was blowing in the house but no cold air coming thru the vents, I called into the Reliance office, the young lady was super professional. She said I'll have Brayden out there between 12pm and 4pm. He arrived within 1 hour of my original phone call and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and he had the new part in his truck and had it installed within another 15 minutes. I know that is probably the exception not the rule but from the time I called the office to the time the job was completed it took One hour and half. Today it's gonna be 110 degrees when my A/C broke and it was 76 in my house by the time Brayden got the unit fixed my house only heated up 81 degrees. That is incredible That is Service That is Reliance and I thank the entire TEAM.

“Brayden came out to check our 3 year old Goodman A/C unit that was not cooling the house. After diagnosis he found a bad outside coil that was leaking refrigerant. The unit was still under warranty, but no parts were available. Brayden checked multiple sources for the parts and then gave us several options for repair. Unfortunately, we decided the best solution was to replace the whole HVAC system. Kevin ,Roberto, and Eliseo came to install our new Trane system. They did a very professional, neat, and clean installation. System is working great.
