My folks have had Reliance for years. They have very good customer service. My folks are gone and I live in the house and after 20 years just put in an uptodate unit in. From Daniel to the gentlemen that installed the unit, there was great customer service, the men knew their job and finished in a timely manner. I can’t recommend Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning enough. Azel has been to my home a couple times to assist in assessing and tuning my AC. Every time he comes he is polite, trusting, efficient and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things until I understood them and got to know myself and family during the long days he was here. This whole team from Azel to Daniel has made making a big purchase more comfortable. Will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Azel was Kind, professional, & very helpful. Replaced my defective detectors quickly & offered help with my filters. I feel safe, & am very appreciative of his time & efforts!

We have called Reliance 3 times over the past 3 years. Our son recommended the to us. The first call was to request a quote on a replacement heatpump. Daniel came out to the house and strongly recommended that we allow him to look the unit over before committing to replace it. We followed his advice and he was able to fix a wiring issue and we're still using that heatpump. The second call (a year later) was for a totally unrelated failure that was resolved with replacement parts. We just had Raul out to perform a complete service on both of our units. Raul was the most thorough and conscientious technician I have ever seen work at our house. The initial readings he took indicated a poroblem that would require additional cost which I verbally approved. Fortunately, when Raul attached the gauges and equipment required for the repair, he got a different reading. After consulting technical help and conducting additional diagnosis, Raul came to me and told me that our unit is fine and the issue was caused by faulty test readings. The extra work and cost was not necessary.In summary, I truly believe the team at Reliance is the most honest and trustworthy service team that we have worked with. They will get the call every time at our house.

Azel was our technician. He was courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job diagnosing our problem. At first, the first time Azel came out, we were unable to have the problem, repeat itself. He was able to get us up and running with a minimal charge for coming out then after a couple of days, the problem arose again, and they were very quick to respond and reschedule another appointment. Azel said we needed a safety rollout switch which was unavailable at the time, so he ordered it, it came in a couple weeks later. In the mean time he was able to get our A/C up and running. Our system is OLD and needs to be replaced, but of course it is not cheap. In the meantime we got a quote for a new system thru Reliance and it was a fair quote compared to others we have gotten. I can only give them the highest marks for value for your money and phenomenal customer service.

I'm the home owner. I have known the Blumintrit's (sp) for 40 years. Dave and Dalen and now Breyden still are my go to HVAC professionals. Can't do with out them.

Outstanding service from Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning. I had an issue with my a/c not cooling during 110 degree AZ heat. I called Reliance after hours on a weekend. First thing Monday morning they had me scheduled for a service visit the same afternoon. Technicians had the problem troubleshot and determined the issue was covered under a warranty. Parts were replaced and I was charged a very reasonable service visit and diagnostic. A/C was working great within 90 minutes of their arrival. I would highly recommend Reliance to anyone - customer service is lost on a lot of companies but Reliance really has it dialed in!

My mom has been using this company for a while now and recommended I do the same because she’s been very satisfied with their work. Today was my first experience with Reliance and it was wonderful! Tristan was very kind and thorough explaining all he did plus showing pictures along the way. I look forward to their services again in the future when we have our next scheduled maintenance!

First of all I have never used Reliance before but I am dam glad I found them. From my first contact with there front office to Dalean the Tech who was extremely helpful and professional. Everyone was honest and experienced in what they do and straight up from the very beginning. I will be a Reliance AC and Heating customer from here on. How can I say it but thank you again for everything you did for us once more. Putting together a new ac unit for our new home and install it and insulation as well. We'll never forget you guys and we are very grateful for you. Thank you for everything.I want to update my last post and it's a newer one with a great review. Can't recommend this company enough! My AC went down Saturday night. I called them early Sunday morning and they had a technician out within 2 hours. He diagnosed the issue and said they would order parts. Monday morning they picked up the parts and the AC was repaired and running before noon. The entire process was handled expediently and professionally.

Daniel Grimm and his crew (Kevin, Roberto & Elisio) were outstanding. They installed a mini split in my garage yesterday and did a fantastic job!I had gotten several estimates and after speaking with Daniel, I felt confident they could do exactly what I was looking for at a very fair price.He and his crew were professional, knowledgable, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Not only did they work well with me but also as a team. Had an excellent experience recently with Reliance. I don't normally give out 5 star reviews but in this case it's absolutely warranted and I'd use them again without question for any AC issue I have in the future.Scheduling was very easy. I got my arrival window advisory via txt the previous day, and then the next day a txt to let me know that the technician was on his way. That message showed me a photograph of the technician, Tristan, along with some brief details about him, when he started with the company, his hobbies, and a useful link to track his progress which brought up a map view showing his truck location. Definitely appreciated the abundance of info here; while all that really mattered to me was how long the serviceperson would take to get to my house, others may feel more comfortable knowing what their tech looks like. Always nice to have a personal touch, regardless.Tristan was very professionally presented, friendly and got straight to work on the roof, setting up a new PVC drain line from my AC unit, washing down the inside and outside with mild detergent and later even testing pressure and in/out temperatures to ensure that the unit was functioning to spec. He took photos roofside and showed me the cleaning process, before and after pics, and of course the new drain line.Everything was done in a very reasonable timeframe, at an extremely reasonable cost (FAR cheaper than their more famous competition had quoted.) The cost, quality of service, quality of technician and their en-route notification technology is beyond what I was expecting. Not hard to see why they've got such fantastic reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor.1000% recommend this company.

Reliance Sales Mgr, Daniel, is a trueprofessional. He’s been in the business forover 13 years. Our system was curated for our hvac needs. He had to order some of the system from other states. They offeredevery discount available. The installation crew was efficient and knowledgeable.I wanted a HVAC company I could rely onand feel good about the product. I’m grateful for their service. We used Trane products… they are experts.

Very professional, on time, and did a great job!

Researched several 5 star rated HVAC companies. Daniel was the only one who did a thorough job of analyzing my HVAC situation. There were no extra or hidden charges and the installation went as planned. When Kevin, Roberto and Eliseo were finished with the install everything was as before. No install mess to be found. Highly recommend.

So far, I'm extremely satisfied with Reliance. Brianna has been extremely helpful expediting service, and Raul came out today, and exceeded expectations. Raul was extremely thorough and explained technical details in a way I could understand. This is something no other AC person has ever done. I appreciate Raul’s attention to detail and professionalism. This company has a five star rating for a reason. They obviously hire the most talented people in the industry, and owe their success to that. Thank you, Raul. I have another appointment tomorrow, and hope I am equally impressed.

Raul serviced my ac unit and checked attic for any leaks. Very professional, knowledgeable and I will be requesting him for my semi-annual check ups in the future.

The receptionist was infuriating. I just wanted a technician to come look at my AC and she kept asking unnecessary questions and was being petty and then tried scheduling me out for a week after the fact.

They were wonderful & quick to get our Air conditioner going again. Technician was very polite and got right to work and explained everything to us

This company has a heart of GOLD. They know what there doing, and we highly recommend them. We have used them for 2 diff homes we owned and their honesty, kindness, and ethical practices is why we will continue to use them. The two techs Kevin and Eliseo that came to our home were nothing but respectful, quiet, I have two dogs and they never once disturbed them and the were very knowledgeable. Reliance Air did a great job for me yesterday.Raul did a fantastic job - he resolved my issues quickly and did so in a cost efficient manner. I would recommend Raul and Reliance for any a/c repair you may have !

We have been a long time customer of Reliance. They are reliable and provide quality work and customer service. They do not have the strong upsell philosophy you find with most AC companies. They will offer options and a follow up e-mail but unless it is critical to the system they don’t bother you past that.

Reliable, fair and very competitive. Have used them for quite a while.

UPDATE 🤗Reliance continues to offer the most outstanding service which is worthy of recognition. Having employees that are qualified and reliable is important. Having employees that are also kind and personable is an added bonus that adds trust and confidence. This week we had Tristan come out to do the routine servicing of our new units. He was very thorough in his inspection, took photos of the inside of our units, explained everything to me and kept everything neat and clean… and as a bonus he was knowledgeable, personable and kind. I think that Reliance finds outstanding people and trains them to be outstanding employees. I’m so glad that I found a company that I have consistently been able to count on and trust!!———————————————————————-This is absolutely the best air-conditioning company I have ever used. I absolutely LOVE my 2 new air conditioner units!! For me, what makes the biggest difference in working with any company is the quality of the people who work there, their level of honesty, integrity and expertise, and the customer care that they deliver. My experience with Reliance has been 100% the best customer service experience I have ever had with any service company...ever!After getting set up with an appointment from a very kind and friendly office staff ( I didn't get her name), the next day Daniel came to see what we needed and explain our options. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable on HVAC units. His quote was the best and more importantly, I trusted him. After interviewing other companies, I kept coming back to the honesty, sincerity and integrity I got from Daniel so I chose Reliance.BEST DECISION EVER!I signed my contract on a Saturday afternoon and my 2 new units were installed the next business day which was Monday. The installation techs Jose and Roberto arrived on time, were kind, friendly and efficient, worked extremely well as a team and left all work areas perfectly clean. Raul is a tech genius who set up my new digital thermostats ( which for the record, I absolutely love!!) When I needed a bit of assistance in learning how to utilize all the features of my new digital thermostats, set up the phone app and an online account, Daniel made it a point to come to my house the next day to make sure I had everything set up properly. I was beyond amazed that he did this! His level of customer care, his expertise and his response time to any inquiry I have had, have been outstanding!When it’s over 100° in Arizona you want to know that your air conditioning company is there for you! I feel full confidence that Reliance will always be there for me if I need any future assistance. The highest praise I can give any company is recommending them to family and friends. Throughout the entire experience of getting my new air conditioners I have been so amazed and grateful at the incredible level of care and customer service I have gotten. Azel was the tech that responded to my house and addressed my concerns quickly and was great. I would recommend Reliance AC to everyone I know, I have already referred them to my family and 4 friends who have all used them to replace their old systems with variable speed units. Great customer service, wouldn't think of calling anyone else!

We have used Reliance for OVER a decade and have been extremely happy with their service.They helped us get many extra years out of our older units (23 years)!That said, their seasonal maintenance package is well worth it!Appreciate their ENTIRE staff, esp Azel and Daniel.Given all the good service we have had over all these years and the trust we have built with them we purchased two 5 ton variable speed Trane units in May 2024.Glad we did.Many thanks Reliance!

They were very professional and performed the repairs promptly.

Last night we felt our home temperature slightly elevated and after trouble shooting we found our AC unit kicked off and we could not get it back up and running. We called Reliance and left an after hours message for them. First thing this morning we received a call and between Christina and Rachel they somehow managed to work us into their hectic schedule today! Their technician Aaron arrived earlier than the promised time, quickly diagnosed the issue and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much Reliance for delivering unmatched customer service! We are very thankful for a friend referring us to you!

They were as good as good can be. Professional, fast, excellent in quality and workmanship. Our new system was put in quicker than the estimate, the job made the area work better. We used Reliance because Trane recommended them. They put a Trane in where a Trane was and the new system is beyond our expectations. Quality. Nice people. Daniel is honest, fun and knowledgable in all matters a/c and heat. 100 % satisfied!
