Great as always. I have been using this company for a few years. They are always professional and do great work. They are up front with pricing and maintenance. Easy to schedule appointments and always send out a reminder about appointment times and also send a text when the technician is on their way.Update: 11/22/2023:I have been using Reliance AC and Heating for a number of years. They are always wonderful. Christina works in the office and is always pleasant to deal with when scheduling service. Raul was my tech today and he was great, Very pleasant and personable. They always email an invoice asap for services performed as well as an email estimate for additional advised service. Reliance AC and Heating will continue to receive my business.

I already had a quote from another company and was ready to sign a contract but I felt like I needed to price shop. I got a call from Daniel. Even though I told him I was price shopping he was nothing but respectful and took the time to answer all my questions. I went from price shopping to installation with Reliance in a matter of minutes. Kevin and Eliseo showed up yesterday morning on time, super professional, clean and knowledgeable. I now have a new unit installed. Reliance had the best price, best customer service and I had an install within 24 hours.

Reliance Heating and A/C installed a new Trane Heat Pump and Air Handler in my Daughters townhouse. Daniel was very professional and helped us determine the appropriate system for our needs. The crew showed up on time to do the installation. They were clean and efficient. They had the systems installed and running in a few hours. They cleaned up and hauled all the old equipment away with them. Very thorough and complete systems check upon finishing the install. Pricing was competitive with other Trane installers we checked with. We will use Reliance for our future HVAC needs. Thanks for a great job!

I needed a new Trane Dealer to repair my AC units. I was referred to Reliance by Trane. Reliance was prompt with getting me scheduled the same day. I really liked the fact I was sent a text with the picture of the technician who coming to service my units. I was given a brief bio on who he is as an individual as well as his years of experience as a Technician.Azel showed up promptly. He quickly diagnosed the issues. He reeled in backup with Raul, to get me up and running as quickly as possible. They got my two units running again, which was nice considering we were having yet another excessive heat day.They did a follow up as promised with a quote on all the parts my units would need. The price for parts and labor is more than fair. What I appreciate the most, they were able to get parts previous a Trane Dealer informed me were hard to get and not in stock. Reliance proved they are reliable to get the job done and in a timely fashion. I would most definitely recommend them. I will use Reliance from here on out for my AC Unit Repairs and AC Unit Maintenance.

Our air conditioning was not working properly this morning so we again called Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning. I called at noon and by 2:00, their technician Aaron arrived at our home. Within an hour he had found the problem and resolved it for us. He was polite and did his job well. This company is reliable and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will surely use them again.

I got bits from four different air conditioning services. I found Reliance heating and air conditioning offered the best value. They also have the best price. They're install team were fantastic, very professional. In the home at 7:00 a.m. out at 2:00 p.m. everything working perfectly cleaned up after themselves. Explain the entire system to me. We have been using Reliance AC for 15 years, I purchased a new unit from them and I have used them for all my heating and cooling needs. The technicians have always been spot on with their diagnosis, they have always arrived on time. My last technicians Braydon and Aaron were incredibly professional. No matter what time I've called during business hours or after hours someone has always reached back out to me (via text or email or voice mail) within 24 - 36 hours even on a weekend. This kind of quality assurance gives me the peace of mind that the job will ultimately get done with quality people using quality parts. This is the peace of mind that I need when dealing with things out of my control. This is my first and only choice when looking for a Heating and cooling company. Thanks to the Reliance Team for a job well done !!Honestly if your company could branch out into auto mechanics and dentistry my difficult life choices would be so much easier to make. I'd just choose Reliance for all of it.

Researched several 5 star rated HVAC companies. Daniel was the only one who did a thorough job of analyzing my HVAC situation. There were no extra or hidden charges and the installation went as planned. When Kevin, Roberto and Eliseo were finished with the install everything was as before. No install mess to be found. Highly recommend.

We were very satisfied with Reliance heating and air conditioning. They came to us through a recommendation direct from Trane. They came out in a timely manner, communicated well, they resolved some issues we were having with our thermostat and wiring on our unit, were fairly priced and would highly recommend. Our technician Raul was polite, professional, knowledgable and educated us on many best practices for our set up and we would happily have him return in the future.

I arrived to find my A/C was dead, it was 99 degrees in the house. I texted Reliance asking if someone could co.e by today. Their schedule was full for the day and they told me that they would try to move somethings around. 30 minutes layer they called and told me that they would have someone out. They came out, were very courteous and professional and quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and informed that the part was under warranty.We have been a customer for over 13 years and they consistently do a great job at a fair price

Azel came on time, measured the AC performance, was able to trouble shoot the problem quickly, and propose a potential solution - that turned out to be the fix. Another service person came out the week before and said the compressor was bad and it’d be $3000 to repair but recommended a new unit. So I was very happy when Azel fixed the problem with a new capacitor.

If I could give this company more stars I if I could. I was in a bind with no ac for 3 days. The previous company reported a few things that needed repaired including the coils. Their plan was to remove the coils, clean and charge them,get the fan running and put freeon in..probable a $3000 job.That would take 2 weeks without air!!! I had to purchase 2 ac units from home depotto survive with old pets and myself having medical issues. I decided to get a second opinion and this Reliant came out the next morning earlier than expected, tripped the fan to come on and plugged in everything. Got it done in 20min. Saved myself and my pets!!! ...honest, reliable and trustworth...GOD BLESS

Our old air conditioner finally stopped working and a trusted friend recommended Reliance. Daniel came out and was on-time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He presented a few options for a replacement unit and we selected one. They were scheduled out for about a week and we couldn't get it installed the next day. But get this - they had a few spare temp units on hand and Daniel personally came out the next day to install a temp unit until they could install the new one. This was so appreciated as we didn't have to go to a hotel and spend extra money. We also appreciated the option to finance at 0% for 18 months. The installers of the new unit, Enrique and Kevin, were on time on the install date and very professional. Our new unit is working great and is more efficient and powerful than our old one.I have dealt with other A/C companies that will take advantage of you with high prices or force you to subscribe to their maintenance plan with a new unit install and was wary of that. But working with Reliance was an absolute pleasure and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of a new a/c unit or service.

Just had a new Trane system installed by Reliance. The salesman was very pleasant and professional. The pricing was straightforward and, though expensive, was comparable to other companies we inquired. We were comfortable that we were sold exactly what we needed, and nothing more.The installer team was pleasant and neat. They were punctual and the job was accomplished on schedule without inconveniencing us. The only hiccup was a clogged drainline which shut the system down after 4 hours, but a serviceman came out, on our schedule (on a Saturday) and corrected the problem.I would strongly recommend this company!

our air conditioning did not kick on and cool the house. The unit kicked on and ran, but not cool. The repairman put on a new condenser coil and a new fan motor coil. He checked all the rest of the system and now it cools really great. He did an awesome great job. I will recommend this company to anyone in the area that needs help. The repairman was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of my many many boring questions. Thank you very much.

Excellent service by Azel and Reliance! He throughly diagnosed all the issues with my 17 year old AC unit and honestly talked me through all my options. Being that old I didn’t want to sink too much money into repairs if it’s not going to last much longer. He got it running for as little money as possible to last me until I decide on a new unit, which I will be getting through Reliance. I feel very confident in Azel and the Reliance team and will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend.

Enrique and Kevin did and installation and they did an amazing job. They arrived just in time and they went straight to work. They finished fast and they were very clean with their job. They set up a tarp to hold the dirt and any debris from the installation and even vacuumed afterwards to make sure they didn’t leave any mess behind. They were very nice and friendly and communicate.

Reliance was recommended by neighbors and family, and we were so pleased with our service experience.Brayden, our technician, showed up on time after a courteous call to say he was on his way. His professionalism was exemplified from the moment he crossed our threshold when he thoughtfully put booties on over his shoes before entering our home. Brayden listened to the observations we had to share about our AC problem. He did not rush, but rather took the time to understand our concerns. He then set to work problem solving. After identifying the issue, he offered several options for a solution. Most importantly, he had the required replacement part along so the solution we chose could be put in action during the same visit! We felt highly confident in Brayden's work (a week after his visit, our AC problem remains solved!!) as well as his recommendations for best AC practices going forward.Reliance will be our go to for AC maintenance going forward!!
