I just spoke with Cheyna at Reliance Heating and Air and what a breath of fresh air she is. Knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I'm so glad I found her and this company and I'm very excited that they are going to be the ones servicing my HVAC system's. There are so many different HVAC companies in the Phoenix Metro area and I'm glad to have found one that specifically works on HVAC units. A locally owned smaller family company that gives you a piece of mind. I have dealt with quite a few companies in the past few years that have failed in so many ways. Stay away from big companies that are owned by large corporations that are out of state and unfortunately treat you as if you're just another number in their books and when you really need to speak to somebody it's just an AI system or someone who can't help you and honestly doesn't care.
