Fantastic service, not only on the install but on a warranty follow-up 10 months later. Called to report the unit not working at 12:36, got the ‘tech on the way’ message at 12:50, and at 1:12 he called from the roof to report that he had replaced a bad capacitor and that everything was done. The response and fix were so fast that it never got above 79 in the house. Great people to work with.
