I called this company for check-up and maintenance. Raul came and he was on time, very polite and professional. He introduced himself and explained what he will do. He checked everything that needed to be checked, he told me what needed to be done and gave his recommendations. He didn’t upsell me or anything which is always a plus. And he was patient with our dog who was so giddy to have a visitor. Reasonable price for the service that I asked for.

Technician Azel arrived on time for our home A/C checkup and service. He checked the unit and showed me the performance specs of all the components. He found a couple of minor electrical issues that could have caused a future breakdown, showed photos of those parts, explained the potential problems, and cost to replace them. I chose to replace the parts before they failed. I was very satisfied with his work and highly recommend Reliance for your A/C needs.

We took quotes from 9 different companies. Some bigger than Reliance some smaller. Across the board they set themself apart from the rest of the pack. Reliance provided exceptional service from start to finish. From the initial quote where they actually went into the attic to get the full picture of what was going on in our 70 year old house. To the installers leaving the interior of our house spotless after installing 11 new ducts. To completing the job right on time. Reliance is a class act company that provides top quality service in everything they do. We are thrilled with our new Trane 4 ton unit. I can’t imagine working with another company on such a big project. They (mainly Daniel, ask for him because he is clearly the best at what he does) were great to work with start to finish.

EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! I have worked with Dalen and his great crew for many years now. Installations, follow ups, mini-splits, second home problems, last minute help, advice. It has all been and remains incredible. Danielle and one of his crews, Kevin and Eliseo very recently did what can only be described as a near impossible and definitely miserable installation. Kevin and Eliseo worked in an attic crawl space with the maximum height at the peak of maybe 3 feet. Dusty, dark, dirty and no doubt warmer than our beautiful outside April 2024 temps; these guys worked non stop most of the install laying on only rafters in the roof. I do not think I ever saw these gentlemen stop to eat and they remained at the job site each day, all day. I am super grateful and thankful. Their professionalism, attention to keeping the work area clean (as we live in the home during renovations) was stellar. I cannot say enough about these guys, Daniel and Reliance as a solid family owned business that I continue to watch grow and do great things. I’ve had Reliance out a few times to fix my 30 year old rooftop heat pump and each time they sorted things out same day. When it’s 117 degrees, you work out of town and you have a wife and baby, that kind of response matters.Today we finally ponied up and had them install a new Trane 5 ton unit. Enrique was awesome installer… got the dinosaur off the roof, new unit installed by himself in about 5 hours, and walked us through everything. Amazing how much quieter this thing is!

Reliance was fantastic. Raul was the technician they sent out and he did a great job, took his time and explained everything he found, including some things he found that a prior AC company that looked at my system had done a sloppy job with (leaving the air handler unit in the attic space unsealed which meant I was air conditioning the attic space and failing to properly seal the outdoor blower motor after servicing it which could have led to the need for more significant repair bills in the future). Raul resolved both of those things in addition to the maintenance services he provided. I will be using Reliance exclusively from now on for all of my heating and cooling needs.
We were in great hands with Reliance! As first time home owners, we were lost with other AC contractors coming out and telling us different quotes and feedback. One was super expensive and another was much cheaper and trying to sell us a unit that was going to be out of stock soon. Reliance was in the middle, price-wise of the other 2 companies, but with a much more efficient and longer-lasting unit. Daniel came out same day to look at our system and communicated honestly with us the whole way. He was professional, kind and responsive. My experience was beyond my expectations We purchased 2 new replacement ac units. The whole process from beginning to end of installations was commendable.
Reluctantly had to replace my AC/Furnace.This company has been servicing my +20/yr old system and keeping it alive as long as humanly possible.Nice, family-owned company. Brayden came out for a semi-annual maintence, but my time was up. He is young, but VERY professional and impressively competent! Answered all my questions, gave me his cell # to call whenever if I had any questions. All my options and answers to my questions were explained clearly.Kevin and Eliseo came out, on-time to replace the whole system. These guys worked all day, non-stop. Were very polite and focused on getting the work done. Put tarps down throughout the house, cleaned up everything and hauled the garbage away.And....their quote came in way under others - like in the $3-5k range lower!!Their service over the last few years has been exceptional. They call when they are on their way and I always feel their pricing and their work is fantastic.

Review has taken me too long but this company is amazing! My A/C went out in August 2023. They (Daniel salesman) came right away and gave me portable units to use until new unit could be installed. The day of install the service men (Kevin, Roberto, and Elise) were friendly, professional and fast. I have not had any issues at all. Hi, are tech Raul was very friendly and spent the time to make sure our system was back to functioning properly. He diagnosed the issue very quickly, and was able to replace the sensor we needed. We have a new baby and he also did a carbon monoxide test all throughout the house to make sure that the air is safe.
They have installed and maintained hvac units at our house. I appreciate them always solving the problem, but mostly appreciate their staff for always being timely, professional, and personable while working with us.

Excellent friendly service. Found wiring problem, cost total of $200. Another company said I had major problems, recommended I replace the unit. Glad I got a second opinion from Reliance.Adding to my earlier review. I've had need of service including replacing my 23 year old unit and Reliance keeps raising there own bar. Their people are still as capable as ever and their professionalism is tops, and their efficiency is impeccable. I wish all service businesses would perform as well. Best in class.
